About Us

The Anti-Harassment Cell (AHC) In Gnanamani College of Technology was formed to ensure security for female students and staffs, Gnanamani college of Technology has established in accordance with the sexual harassment of women at working place under prohibition, prevention and redress Act 2013.

To enhance the understanding of issues related to female and to make the college campus a safe place for female students and women staff members. With a view to taking up womens issues and problems, the cell aims at creating awareness of their safety, rights and duties.

Vision

To create a safe, respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all students, teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and stakeholders within the institution by promoting dignity, equality, and mutual respect.

Mission

To prevent all forms of harassment and discrimination within the campus.
To promote awareness about professional ethics, gender sensitivity, and respectful behaviour.
To ensure fair, confidential, and unbiased inquiry procedures.
To encourage a healthy academic and working atmosphere for all members of the institution.

Outcome

Female students will be enabled to realize their potential and power in socio-economic and political spheres of life.

Procedure For Lodging Complaint

The staffs and students may feel free to put up a grievance in Phone Email to the respective committee in charge.
