Mission

Our department is aimed at developing the basic mathematical skills of engineering students that are imperative for effective understanding of engineering subjects. The topics introduced will serve as basic tools for specialized studies in many engineering fields, significantly in fluid mechanics, field theory and communication engineering. The Department of Mathematics is strive to develop quality engineering professionals by providing concept oriented subject knowledge through high quality teaching. The main aim of our department is to develop all round personality, who would be the good citizens of India.

Vision

It is well known that most of the technological processes in industry are described effectively by using mathematical frame work. The Mathematical Techniques applied in various fields of engineering and technological sciences. In view of recent advances in computing and hardware capabilities, these techniques have also acquired a new dimension in their implementation with respect to reliability and robustness. The awareness and ability to use this technology is perceived to be essential for modern day academicians and technocrats. The Queen of Science, mathematics has to be taught with the modern gadgets. In future for the students we are going to visualize the intersection of various aspects with respect to graphics.
